Port and inland waterway infrastructure needs a multidisciplinary approach that pulls several technical analyses into one. We carry out engineering studies aimed at understanding the situation of a loading port: site conditions, operational constraints, logistics requirements and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
We work at the interfaces between disciplines: geotechnics, hydrology, survey, access roads and operational logistics. We coordinate how each component fits into the overall project analysis, so the result is technically consistent rather than a stack of separate reports.
Our work at Puerto Torocuá on the Paraná river gave us the basis for approaching this kind of project with practical judgment: understand the real site conditions, identify which specialists are actually needed, and articulate engineering solutions matched to the scale and complexity of the case.
